  • 1995 Company established by Roeser Medical

  • 1996 First version of IC Steril software

  • 2001 Over 70 IC Steril installations in Germany

  • 2001 Joint venture with Aesculap AG

  • 2001 Development of the new software solution instacount® PLUS

  • 2002 First international installation in Australia

  • 2003 Launch of standalone solution instacount® BASIC

  • 2006 instacount® PLUS installations worldwide, from Portland to Sydney

  • 2008 Aesculap AG obtains 100% ownership of INVITEC GmbH & Co. KG
